Quizlet is the best online flashcards for ESL learners to review vocabulary or sentences. Every user set up their quizzes which are accessible for other users. Therefore, you don't need to build you own if there are lots of similar quizzes around.
Take myself for example. I use Quizlet to prepare for my TOEIC exam on which my score is highly improved from 315 to 755. Quizlet really helps a lot. There are spelling mode, writing mode and even game mode for me to target which vocabulary you still need to work on.
